The Shipyard
This is the first phase of the redevelopment of the Hunters Point Naval Base. Built upon years of public input, development is now underway at The Shipyard for over 1,000 homes, including both affordable and market-rate units, as well as retail and commercial space. The Shipyard’s planning is focused on stimulating the redevelopment of the base as well as creating both short and long-term economic benefits.
